All MyID products are backed by our 1 year warranty from date of original purchase, with the exception of standard wear-and-tear, marketplace items, lost products and discontinued products. If your item is discontinued, we will offer a credit to put towards a new version.  We cover the cost of the product. Shipping and handling is paid by the customer.

•  Sport, Pod, Hive Band, Slider:  $4.95 within U.S. / $11.95 outside U.S.
•  Flex:  $9.95 within U.S. / $15.95 outside U.S.
•  Cube Series: $14.95 within U.S. / $24.95 outside U.S.
Please Note: If claiming more than 1 product, a handling fee of $3 per additional item will apply.

If upgrading to a different product, you will also be required to pay the difference in price.
