With the Mental Health Awareness Week coming up (8-14 May 2017), let's change our digital perspective.
Please share something that is currently/has recently caused upset, sadness, frustration, loneliness, anger, or has just been a bit of a struggle in your life. Big or small, sharing could help someone else with a similar struggle feel a little less isolated.
You can share your struggle anonymously, or include your name, age and/or location.
Your responses will be used as part of a design-led research project exploring the role of digital media related to mental health (in association with the Royal College of Art and Imperial College London). If you'd like to know more about the project, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Responses (including name, age, location) may also be used in an online, digital and/or physical installation piece to raise awareness of each and everyone's struggles. If you don't want your response to be used, please indicate so and the data will be kept 100% confidential.
