Help Us Plan: National Summorum Pontificum Pilgrimage, March 25, 2023
Please complete this questionnaire if you will be participating in the Second Semi-Annual National Summorum Pontificum Pilgrimage on Saturday, March 25, 2023, the Feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, organized and sponsored by the Arlington Latin Mass Society.

We will begin with Terce at 8:30 a.m. at the Cathedral of St. Thomas More in Arlington, Virginia. We will process from there to the Cathedral of St. Matthew the Apostle in Washington, DC, approximately 5 miles away, where we will say None. Throughout the procession, we will pray the Holy Rosary and sing hymns.

A shuttle bus from DC back to Arlington after the pilgrimage has already been arranged. This question is asking about longer-distance transportation.

Do you have any banners, signs, flags, or other processional items to bring with you? *
Examples include banners with images of Our Lord, Our Lady, and the saints; signs with respectful slogans and messages in support of the restoration of the TLM; processional crosses; etc.
Are you proficient in sacred music/Gregorian chant and willing to be a section leader? *
We are looking for volunteers to be section leaders for the pilgrimage. This would entail keeping your section orderly throughout the procession and leading in the recitation of the Rosary and the singing of hymns. A program with the text and music of the hymns will be provided.
