A parish-wide survey to help shape the future and leadership of Hornsey Parish Church
Dear friends,
St Mary with St George, Hornsey Parish Church is preparing for the next chapter in our life together as we seek a new Rector.
To guide this process, we are developing our Parish Profile and Statement of Needs, which will be shared nationally and internationally so that the right candidates can discern whether they are called to serve here.
As we look to the future and prayerfully seek new leadership, we want to listen carefully to the voices of all those who make up the life and heart of Hornsey — our congregation, local residents, schools, charities, community groups, and friends of the church near and far, including those who have moved away but still hold Hornsey Parish close to heart.
This short Community Survey will help us understand:
- how people experience and see Hornsey Parish Church, to help prioritise our key challenges and opportunities to grow; and
- the kind of leadership and future direction that will best help us flourish.
The questionnaire takes about 10–15 minutes to complete. Your responses are anonymous and confidential, and will be combined with others to give an overall picture of Hornsey Parish Church’s strengths, challenges, and opportunities.We genuinely welcome honest feedback — including constructive criticism.
Your candid responses, whether positive or challenging, will help us grow and serve our community better.
