But submitting this form, you confirm that the jog leaders at your group have completed three points outlined on www.jogscotland.org.uk/active-living/menopause-and-running/menopause-advice-for-jog-leaders/ ie.
1 They have read the required web pages and commit to staying informed on the symptoms and challenges for joggers that can come with menopause.
2. They pledge to make sessions supportive to joggers going through menopause using the tips on the same web page.
3. They pledge to share information about running and menopause on group social media to help inform joggers and normalise it as a topic of conversation.
