C.C. Mason Elementary G/T- QUEST Referral Form for 2027/2028
Referrals for G/T (QUEST) services are now being accepted using this form. 

There is only ONE screening/testing window for all students in LISD. This occurs during the Spring semester.

Elementary students currently in grades 1st - 5th must be referred for screening by March 1, 2027. Referred students will then be screened to determine if there is a need for additional GT Assessment and Identification. Parents of students who qualify for additional testing will be notified by April 2027 and will be assessed throughout the remainder of the semester.  Notification of results will be sent prior to the end of the school year with QUEST classes beginning in August of the FOLLOWING school year.
