Thank you for your interest in being a Creative West grant panelist or reviewer. These roles are integral to our work in providing equitable funding in our region, and we appreciate your desire to participate in this process. Grant processes are held year round to provide funding for the next year or cycle depending on the program. We are always looking for potential panelists to diversify our panel pool and enhance professional development in the arts field. For some programs, we need application reviewers instead of grant panelists. The biggest difference is that application reviewers work independently and do not collaborate with a panel.
What is required as a grant panelist or application reviewer? Panelists/reviewers must commit to attending a virtual panel orientation. Panelists attend a separate virtual panel review once they have reviewed and scored all applications. Scoring must be completed in our GO Smart application portal.
Honorarium. Honoraria are issued after the process is complete. The amount of your honorarium will vary depending on the grant. Your Creative West point of contact will provide more details on payment and details needed to complete the payment process.
