Teine Toa 🌺 ā€œOur Bodies, Our Manaā€ Girls Group Registration!

M.A.N.A. Pasefika is excited to invite Pasefika youth to join Teina Toa: Our Bodies, Our Mana Girls Group, a culturally grounded, youth-centered space created in direct response to the needs expressed by our San Francisco Pasefika community. This 6-week group supports Pasefika youth, in building body knowledge, confidence, and connection through conversations on reproductive health, menstruation, body autonomy, emotional well-being, and self-care. Sessions will be facilitated by M.A.N.A. Pasefika’s very own trained Doulas that center culture, safety, respect, and community!

It is a space for learning, storytelling, curiosity, and care. Our goal is to plant seeds of body literacy and confidence so each participant can better understand their body, voice, and choices. How this knowledge is used is always up to the individual, and every young person’s journey and lived experience is honored.
