We want to be able to ensure that all of our students are safe, being treated appropriately, and receiving a high-quality education.  We need to know about situations or conditions that would stop us from achieving each of these goals.

Please use this form to report anything that is concerning to you about a student, parent, or staff member.  Appropriate reportable concerns can be students engaging in harmful behavior, unsafe driving in our school lots, parents/adults acting inappropriately at school events.

Your information is confidential and your submission of it is anonymous.  However, completing the optional contact information may help us more effectively deal with the situation.  All reports go only to the head administrator, director of security, or counselor.
