Terms and conditions

1. One terms/month written notice is required in order to terminate lessons with fees paid up in full for the term/month. Katz World of Dance can at any time choose to terminate contract with client with due discretion and reason.

2. Payment is due on the beginning of each term late payment will be subject to 5% penalty. If fees aren't  received by the third month within a term they are considered late. Enrolment fees of 25% of the term plus administration cost is required to secure your child's place
