When I board a hot-air balloon, I will participate in the boarding experience as a member of the Winning Balloon Club.

When you are involved in balloons such as during preparation, boarding, and recovery work, we will cooperate according to the instructions of the pilot and crew. Injuries and damages caused by not following the instructions will be treated and borne at your own risk.

アウトドアでの作業に適した服装・靴・作業用手袋などを着用します。スカートやヒール、サンダルは危険な為着用しません。白色の服装は汚れることを承知で着用します。それに従わなかった際の負傷・損害などに関しては、自らの責任として治療・負担します。

Wear clothing, shoes, gloves, etc. suitable for working outdoors. Skirts, heels, and sandals are dangerous and should not be worn. Wear white clothing knowing that it will get dirty. You will be responsible for treating and paying for any injuries or damages caused by not following these rules.

気球準備中、搭乗中、回収中の喫煙は危険な為行いません。また搭乗の際に火気のあるもの、引火の危険性のあるもの、刃物などは危険な為持ち込みません。

高血圧、心臓、脊椎、下肢・首に疾患がある、てんかん、 過呼吸の症状を持っている、飲酒後である、参加により悪化するおそれのある症状を持っている、妊娠中である、または妊娠の可能性がある、薬を服用されている、感染する可能性のある病状がある場合は搭乗しません。左記の他、参加当日主催者により安全が確保できないと判断された場合も搭乗はしません。

熱気球の特性上、搭乗する際は軽度の打撲、捻挫、擦り傷もしくは、重度の場合骨折や後遺障害が残る怪我の可能性が有り得るものと理解し、承諾したうえで搭乗・参加します。

天候によって左右されやすい特性上、安全を考慮した上での途中キャンセルや緊急着陸は常に有り得るということを承諾したうえで搭乗・参加します。

Due to the characteristics that are easily affected by the weather, we will board and participate after agreeing that it is always possible to cancel or land on the way in consideration of safety.

持ち物の紛失・損害においては、自らの責任として負担します。

 If you lose or damage your belongings, you will be responsible for it.

万一の事故が発生した場合は、下記保険適用範囲内に限り適用を受けることを承諾します。個人で加入している保険に加えて、下記保険で補償される以上の治療・損害は、追加で保険に加入し自ら負担します。
【保険内容】損害賠償（死亡、治療、入院、休業補償）4000万円まで。

In the unlikely event that an accident occurs, I agree to be covered only within the following insurance coverage. 上記保険内容に不満や不足がある場合、もしくは不明点がある場合は必ず当クラブに連絡し確認します。もし不足すると判断した場合は、自ら追加の保険を手配するか、搭乗しません。

If you are dissatisfied with or lacking in the above insurance content, or if you have any questions, please be sure to contact our club for confirmation. If it is determined that there is insufficient insurance, you must arrange for additional insurance yourself or do not fly.

未成年者の場合は、保護者の同意を得たうえで搭乗します。

上記の内容で参加することを保護者・緊急連絡先に説明し、同意のもと搭乗・参加します。

代表者のみが回答する場合は、上記内容を搭乗者全員が、同様に誓約したことを確認します。万が一確認が取れていなかった場合の事故等による治療・損害等の負担は、代表者の説明責任不足として負担します。

上記以外の事態には相互に善意をもって対処することとします。
