We are excited to bring back our annual venue and vendor showcase at Bello Vita & The Woodlands to be held Saturday January 31st, 2024, from 1pm-5pm.
We realize Saturdays can be difficult with events but when we hosted our previous shows on a Saturday we saw over 400 attendees and realize this is a very convenient day for buyers. We hope this can work with your schedule.
New this year: We will be implementing a $100 booth fee. This small investment helps ensure commitment from all parties, supports event quality, and allows vendors to create the best possible booth experience.
We look forward to partnering and working with incredible vendors from throughout the central valley to bring our clients the best experiences in 2026 and beyond.
We own and operate two venues side by side in northwest Visalia. Bello Vita offers over 10k square feet of indoor space and can accommodate up to 300 guests. Our outdoor venue, The Woodlands, sits on 2 acres with outdoor reception space under our trees for up to 450.
The unique location of our venues allows us to hold two events simultaneously and offers incredible options to showcase vendors who might specialize in services inside or out.
We will be accepting signups until Sunday December 21st and confirming all vendors no later than Monday December 29th.
