As a convener(s) you will be responsible for the reviewing of the abstracts submitted to your session, as well as for advertising the session to encourage abstract submissions. Together with the IAHR2020 Program Committee, you will have to make the decision which of the contributions will be given orally and which as a poster (if accepted). You will be also in charge of chairing the session during the Congress (with the support from LOC).

Please provide the full name, title, affiliation and email for each convener/co-convener.

Please provide the list of 6-10 Potential Speakers (full names and affiliations). Please note that at least 6 potential speakers are required to set up a Special Session.

If your session is accepted, the potential speakers should register and submit their abstracts before the submission deadline. Please note that in case less than 5 contributions are registered and approved for the session, the Program  Committee reserve the right to re-assign these presentations into regular sessions.

After completing this registration, you will be e-mailed a confirmation letter.

The Program Committee plans to make final decisions about Special Session proposals by the end of October 2019 and will notify you of the outcome then.
