2025 Q-Quest Volunteer Registration

  • High School Event: Wednesday, November 5, 2025 (8:30 AM - 2:15 PM)
  • Middle School Event: Thursday, November 6, 2025 (8:30 AM - 2:15 PM)

Q-Quest Adult Volunteer Opportunities:

Volunteers are needed for various tasks like event coordination, registration, setup, cleanup, and helping support workshops. You can still volunteer even if you are a workshop presenter!

Roles Available:

  • Set-up/Tear Down
  • Registration
  • Workshop Host (being an extra adult in a workshop)
  • Floater (help wherever needed)

Background Checks 
All adults 18+ at Q-Quest must submit a background check form to ensure the safety of all of our young people.  You'll receive a link to the form after registering.

Volunteer Training and Event Orientation:
A virtual training will be provided via email. You must complete it prior to your volunteer shift at Q-Quest.
