2) Fines, Fees, & Payments (TouchBase & TouchBase Passwords)
  • Student account balances and receipts can be viewed, and payments can also be made online 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, through TouchBase (https://wa-northshore.intouchreceipting.com/).

  • Inquiries about Technology fines for devices, hotspots, cases, chargers, etc. can be submitted to NSD technology through a student Help Desk ticket at http://go.nsd.org/studenttechhelp

  • Inquiries about Technology fine waivers must be submitted to NSD Technology here: https://nsd.jotform.com/213356403373047. Technology fines cannot be waived by the WHS main of cashier's office.

  • Other specific questions about fines can be submitted through FAQ 18 below

  • If you are in need of your TouchBase login information July 1 - 31, please email whsasb@nsd.org. Beginning August 1, email whsattendance@nsd.org.

  • Please note if you have a question about an outstanding textbook(s) on your student's account, a second textbook inventory is completed during July/August.
    *During this process, all textbooks are rescanned.
    *Fine/Fee ledgers are sent before Falcon Days and will reflect any textbooks checked out to students     
      that were not accounted for during the end-of-year check in process with teachers followed by the     
      July/August textbook inventory.

  • Checks payable to WHS can be mailed to Woodinville High School at 19819 136th Ave NE, Woodinville, WA 98072, Attn: Bookkeeper

3) ParentVUE/StudentVUE Login
During the month of July contact whsoffice@nsd.org for ParentVUE/StudentVUE Login information.  From August 1 throughout the school year, contact whsattendance@nsd.org.

Please note: Students who are new to WHS/NSD or newly returning will gain access to StudentVUE on 9/3/2025 (The first official day of the 2025-26 school year).
4) Address Changes
To officially change your student’s address, visit this link on the WHS Counseling website for details: https://woodinville.nsd.org/counseling/address-change

5) Grade Questions & Report Cards
Questions regarding 2nd semester grades and/or report card comments must be emailed directly to the teacher.  
  • Counselors and registrar are not authorized to change grades or report card comments.
  • Please note teachers are on summer break and you may not receive a response until teachers return to work for the 2025-26 school year.
  • Upon written confirmation of grade changes and/or report card comment updates submitted directly to Registrar Jenn Diaz (by the teacher) a student's course history can then be updated.
  • Students with grading concerns must contact their teacher in September to follow up.
6) Viewing 2nd Semester Grades
Second Semester Report Cards will be uploaded to StudentVue/ParentVUE by June 30.

  • To view Semester 2 grades in StudentVUE/ParentVUE, be sure to change the view under both the Grade Book tab and the Report Card tab to 2nd Semester Final Marks (S2FM).
  • The 2nd semester grade seen is the grade posted by the teacher.  
  • Please email the teacher directly with any specific grading questions. Adjustments to grades must be confirmed by the teacher. Teachers are not expected to respond until the start of the 2024-25 school year.
  • The registrar cannot make grade changes without the teacher's written consent. Counselors are not authorized to make grade changes.

7) Class of 2025 Diploma Packets
Pending official verification graduation requirements have been met, diploma packets will be available for pick up:

WHS Main Office Loop (Drive-thru Pick-up Event) - Thursday, June 26, 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. 

Summer hours for pick up after June 25 are Wednesday, July 2 & 9  from 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. at the WHS Main Office. 
  • Please make arrangements to pick up the packet as soon as possible, as diplomas are often a piece of documentation needed in the graduate’s near future.
  • As diplomas are not reproducible and the packets contain sensitive information, the packet must be picked up and signed for by the graduate or the graduate’s parent/guardian (friends of the graduate are not authorized).

  • Student immunization records for our graduating seniors will be included in the diploma packetsIf an immunization record is not in the diploma packet (and if your child was vaccinated in Washington state) you may register your child at https://myirmobile.com/ to receive a .pdf of your child's Certificate of Immunization Status (CIS) form. This printout will include vaccinations that were entered in the Washington state system. 
  • Please note all fines, fees, and/or remaining obligations must be paid or cleared before the diploma and other documentation will be released.
  • Fines and fees can be paid online through the parent TouchBase account at https://wa-northshore.intouchreceipting.com/ or checks can be made payable to WHS and mailed to: WHS at 19819 136th Ave NE, Woodinville, WA 98072, Attn: Bookkeeper

8) Final Transcripts
See Class of 2025, 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029 & Alumni transcript information below:
8a) Class of 2025 Final Transcripts
The counselors and counseling office manager sent final transcripts to the colleges by July 1, 2025 for the Class of 2025 students who indicated the college they committed to during the April/May Senior Survey process in Naviance. No additional transcript request is needed if it was indicated in Naviance as to where the senior will be attending college.

It is up to the college on the receiving end to download the transcript! 

To learn how to check the status your final transcript request in Naviance (through June 30, 2025), visit this webpage. Also note:

  • If no college was listed in the Naviance account, no final transcript will be sent. 
  • No additional transcript request is needed if it was indicated in Naviance as to where the senior will be attending college. 
  • At this time, if any additional final transcripts are needed, a WHS Consent to Release Records form will need to be submitted to whsoffice@nsd.org for the transcript request to be processed.

Class of 2025 seniors who did not indicate a college on their Senior Survey must submit a Consent to Release Student Records form as outlined below:

1) If the official transcript can be provided electronically, email the Consent to Release Student Records form during the month of July to whsoffice@nsd.org.

2) If the official transcript must be mailed to the college, mail the Consent to Release Student Records form, along with a pre-addressed envelope with 2 stamps for each requested college, to Woodinville High School, 19819 136th Ave NE, Woodinville, WA 98072 Attn: Transcript Request.

Students can email their counselor with a concern, but please note you may not receive a response until after August 26 when counselors return from summer break.
8b) Transcript Requests (Class of 2026) - Unofficial copy now available in StudentVUE
Incoming Class of 2026 seniors who were juniors at WHS in the 2024-25 school year can now access unofficial transcripts through StudentVUE. Go to your StudentVUE account and check out the documents tab on the left-hand side. Once you click on documents, you will be able to see a link to your most current “Unofficial Transcript”.

9) Not Returning to WHS for the 2025-26 school year?
If your student will NOT be returning to WHS in the fall for the 2025-26 school year, the parent/guardian must submit the required Pre-Withdraw Form to Counseling Office Manager Roberta Porter at rporter2@nsd.org.  

The school the student is moving to should submit a records request directly to Ms. Porter, as well.

Withdrawals will be processed upon Ms. Porter's return in August.

10) Enrolling at WHS for 2025-26 after June 1, 2025?
Enrollment requests for the 2025-26 school year received after June 1, 2025 will begin being processed when the WHS Counseling Office re-opens Monday, August 4. 
A new to WHS/NSD Student Counselors Orientation/Registration will be held Thursday, August 21, 9:00 a.m. at the WHS Library for summer move-in students to make course selections. 
  • This orientation is not for freshmen who moved up from TMS or LMS. 
  • All freshmen will participate in Link Crew & Orientation Day on Wednesday, September 3.
  • Brand new to WHS sophomores, juniors, and seniors participate in Link Crew & Orientation Day on Wednesday, September 3.

10a) Waiver Questions

12) New Running Start Students & Enrollment Verification Forms
If you are interested in Running Start next school year, check our website
https://woodinville.nsd.org/counseling/running-start and complete the college application and placement procedures at the community college of your choice. Please complete those two steps before the posted college deadline. 

During Falcon Days, counselors can sign off on your WHS Running Start packet and then Ms. Tang can meet with you to complete the Enrollment Verification Form (EVF).

13) Education Verifications
Please fax Education Verification requests to 425-408-7402. The requests must include a signed release.
14) Summer Work Authorization
For students under the age of 18 who are seeking a signature for work authorization, please note the Summer Work Authorization form can be filled out and signed by parents during summer employment (https://www.lni.wa.gov/forms-publications/f700-002-000.pdf). A counselor or administrative signature is not required on this form as it can be completed by the parent or legal guardian. Please refer to the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries website for further details (https://www.lni.wa.gov/workers-rights/youth-employment/how-to-hire-minors).

16a) Optional Summer Assignments

16b) Outside Learning Courses
Students wanting to take Outside Learning Courses this summer (e.g., for original credit, such as PE classes, and/or classes for GPA replacement) must have completed the STUDENT REQUEST FOR APPROVAL FOR OUTSIDE LEARNING form

With counselors now on summer break, forms submitted for Outside Learning Courses will be reviewed and approved after counselors return at the end of August for the 2025-26 school year. Upon approval, Outside Learning Courses for all incoming students could then the taken during the 2025-26 school year or for incoming juniors, sophomores, and freshmen in summer 2026. 

17) Athletic Registration 2025-26
The Athletic Office is closed and will reopen on Friday, August 15.

  • If you are trying to make any Final Forms updates, Athletic Secretary Nicki Kongkarat will be checking email intermittently. 
  • If you email Nicki Kongkarat (nkongkarat@nsd.org) regarding a student who is newly enrolled for 2025-26 at WHS who would like to register for a fall sport, please add "NEW STUDENT" in the email subject line.
  • If you are trying to send or turn in a sports physical, you can upload it on the last signature page in your FinalForms registration, scan and email it to Athletic Secretary Nicki Kongkarat at nkongkarat@nsd.org.
  • Specific summer sport schedule information can be found on the WHS Athletic webpage by using the "Teams" tab to find the specific sport. If the summer information you are looking for isn't published, please reach out directly to the head coach.
