Campaign Manager, the premiere women's digital lifestyle publication, is seeking a full-time Campaign Manager. We're looking for someone who can work in the New York City office, ideally has a minimum of 2 years of advertising operations and/or digital media sales planning experience. This candidate should be a self-starter who understands the online advertising industry. The role requires a strong attention to detail and a passion for popular styles and trends.

Primary responsibilities include:
-Manage ad campaign lifecycle including trafficking, reporting, pacing and monthly billing reconciliation
-Responsible for collecting all banner assets & tags from clients against strict deadlines
-Manage production timelines for any custom-built ad units
-Take ownership and provide technical support on new and existing issues
-Monitor launch of all ad campaigns and provide screenshots to clients
-Troubleshoot any campaign issues (including ad serving and 3rd party reporting discrepancies)
-Monitor campaign pacing on a daily basis
-Provide mid-campaign and end-of-campaign reporting to clients
-Develop optimization strategies on a campaign-by-campaign basis to maximize advertiser's performance
-Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
-Act as liaison with the Product & Sales Marketing team to test and evaluate new types of ad products before they are made available
-Expert on ad server implementations and new ad integrations
-Maintain ad specs for all digital products

Qualifications and Expectations:
-BA/BS degree or equivalent
-2+ year experience in ad ops and/or media sales planning
-Familiarity with third party ad servers, such as DFP, DART, Atlas, OpenX, etc. (we use DFP, so direct DFP experience is preferred)
-Excellent MS Excel skills, and know your way around other MS Office products (Word, Powerpoint)
-Extremely detail-oriented
-Strong analytics, problem solving, and decision-making skills
-Positive attitude, and a genuine interest in working in a start-up environment and wearing multiple hats as needed
-Great with computers (Mac experience preferred), including word processing, spreadsheets, and general internet savvy
-Excellent writing and strong communication skills
-Experience with ad trafficking and/or DFP
