2025 Earth Day Countywide Cleanup
Help us celebrate Earth Day in Johnston County, NC! Let's work together to remove litter across the county, in parks, open spaces, on trails, and roadsides, on Saturday, April 26th, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Businesses, churches, youth groups, neighborhoods, civic groups, families, and individuals across the county are invited to participate. We'd also love to hear from anyone who is willing to donate items to support our efforts (vests, grabbers, bottled water, etc).

Details:
  • Our goal is to work with local parks and recreation departments and nonprofit organizations in towns across the county.
  • Registration is required for litter cleanup in public spaces.
  • Supplies will be provided at each location as available, but volunteers are encouraged to bring their own if they have them.
