Baldwin High School Student Pantry Order Form
The student food pantry is open to all students at Baldwin High School. Bags are packed on Tues, Thurs., and Friday from 10:00 am - 1:30 pm.

Orders submitted after 1:30 will be packed the next day. Parents are welcome to help their child complete the order form. The child that is picking up the food bag must be a Baldwin High School Student. Please make sure you use an email that your child will check because that is how they are notified that their bag is ready for pick up.


Please use the items listed on the document to select your four food items. They can be from the same category or different categories. You may also select two personal hygiene items if you need them. You will receive an email that will let you know when to pick up your bag from the media center. You will be assigned a number and the bag will have your number on the bag. We will do our best to fill the bag with the food items you have selected, but some substitutions may be made if we are out of items. If you have any questions, you may stop by the media center, ask a counselor, or your teacher.
