2016 SDMFC Annual Conference Resource Booth Registration Request
Our 2016 theme is “STOP, Collaborate & Listen to Activate our 2016 Vision: Military Family “FIT KIT” – Ready & Resilient”. During the conference, participants will navigate the San Diego resource landscape in real-time in order to understand the challenges families face. Our goal is for attendees to leave the conference with a full “fit kit” of resources and an understanding of how to provide coordinated and culturally responsive services to military families in the areas of education, physical and mental health care, financial health, transition from military service and employment. Over the next year we will continue to add to our kits at our monthly convenings.

Event Information:
• What: San Diego Military Family Collaborative Annual Conference
• When: Friday, October 14th from 8:30am - 12:30pm (vendors need to be set-up by 8:15am and packed up by 1:00pm)
• Where: Liberty Station Conference Center (2600 Laning Rd, San Diego, CA 92106)
• Who: 250+ military spouse leaders, command leadership and family service professionals from across San Diego! Attendees include Navy Command Ombudsman, Marine Family Readiness Officers, social service professionals, local and national government, elected official’s offices, military friendly corporate partners, etc.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
• Please register no later than FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 30, 2016
• We have limited resource booth spots available. Booths will be on a first-come, first-serve basis with priority given to SDMFC MEMBERS. After members are given the opportunity to register we will open it up to the larger SDMFC community
• Organizations MUST provide services for free or on an income-based, sliding scale. We reserve the right to deny a booth to any organization we deem does not align with the mission of the SDMFC.
• Vendors will share a resource table with another organization. If you are interested in having your own table please contact Kat Brown regarding sponsorship opportunities (contact info below).
• Vendors need to arrive by 8:00am to check-in and begin set-up
• A table will be provided for each attendee.
* Tables do not need to be staffed the whole time.

**REGISTERING for a table DOES NOT guarantee you a space at the event. You will receive a confirmation email guaranteeing your spot after your request has been reviewed**.
