CoolTechGirls (CTG) is searching for current high school or college students to intern for program events and organizational operation and growth. Interested candidates must complete this application for consideration. Students must be 16 years or older.

Examples of Duties:
Assist Program Manager, Advisory Board, and Volunteers with
- Projects in building STEM curriculum for elementary through high school students
- Organizing survey data for summary and analysis to inform grant evaluation and funding proposals
- Copy-editing and creating social media posts, fliers, and emails
- Compiling and updating middle school STEM educator contact list for Central Ohio area schools for event outreach
- Editing and designing new website, if skills are applicable
- Researching new grants and funding opportunities
- Attending and assisting at student events
- Club, academic, work, or other leadership and team-based experience
- Professional, formal communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong organizational skills, including excellent time management
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 4 months with flexible hours outside of CTG events
This is an unpaid internship where hours can count for community service, service learning, or volunteerism awards, recognitions, or other requirements in and outside of school. Intern is responsible for keeping track of their hours and submitting them to Program Manager for sign-off. Upon successful completion of a term of service, the intern may be eligible to receive a letter of recommendation and use the experience on their resume and CV.
