PLEASE READ:

Campus lockers are available to Leigh High students on a first-come, first-serve basis. Students are welcome to get a campus locker to store their belongings, but are not required to have one. To be assigned a campus locker, students must read and sign the terms of agreement below. Campus lockers are assigned as a convenience for students to be used on a daily basis. Once a campus locker is issued, the student assumes full responsibility for the property kept in that campus locker.

Personal belongings should not be left in campus lockers overnight or over the weekend. Leigh does not have insurance to cover lost or damaged items left in campus lockers and will not be responsible for their value.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT:

By submitting this form I agree that:

I will not share my locker except with permission of the Assistant Principal.

I will keep my locker locked with lock issued.

I will keep my locker clean inside and outside.

I will report any defacement of the locker to the school Admin.

I understand the school is not responsible for articles taken from my locker.

All locker contents, personal, and school items, are my sole responsibility.

If any school items (i.e. textbooks) are missing or stolen, I will pay for the replacement.
