Access Living and Raise Your Hand are looking for parents of CPS students with disabilities who have not been receiving necessary nursing care this school year. CPS students who either have a 504 plan or an IEP requiring nursing care have federal rights to receive reliable quality care they need. One possible action to stop CPS’ continuing failure is that parents file a lawsuit against CPS.
We will contact parents who submitted the survey questionnaire and ask their interest of filing a lawsuit as a plaintiff. There will be no legal fee to parents.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Chris Yun at 312-640-2134 or email@example.com or RYH Special Education Parent Liaison, Mary Fahey Hughes, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
