ASES/A-OK After School Registration 2021-2022
The ASES/A-OK After School Program will open on the first day of school, starting August 17th, COVID-19 restrictions permitting. The program staff will continue to adhere to any/and all safety protocols still in place for SBUSD per Santa Barbara County Public Health and the California Department of Education.
After School Programs Available:
ASES/A-OK! Program (1st-6th grade) at Adams, Adelante, Cleveland, Franklin, Harding, McKinley, Monroe, SB Community Academy and (7th and 8th) at La Cumbre Jr. High.
**PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ASES/A-OK! PROGRAM HAS AN ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENT OF 5 DAYS A WEEK FOR A MINIMUM OF 3 HOURS EACH DAY** Priority enrollment will be given to families that can commit to their children attending 5 days per week.
Please complete the Registration Application if you are interested in the ASES/A-OK! After School Program for the 2021-2022 school year. This registration does not guarantee acceptance. You will be notified via email by July 29, 2021 whether your child has been accepted in the program or will be placed on the wait-list. Spaces are limited.
Any Registration Applications received after August 10th will be automatically added to the waitlist.
Program Fees -
Homeless Students and Foster Youth: FREE
Socio Economically Disadvantaged Students: $75
Full Fee Students- $150
**No child will be turned away for their family's inability to pay, payment plans and scholarships are available on a case by case basis, please contact Program Coordinator for further assistance, Kathy Serrano (805) 451-5218.
