Middle College Recommendation Form (ENGLISH)
You are being asked to provide information about a student who is applying to the Middle College program at Las Positas College.

Students enrolled in the Middle College High School program will attend classes at Las Positas College, taking high school level English and social science classes, in addition to multiple college level courses. Your responses are valuable in helping us identify students who will most benefit from and succeed in the program.
