Consent and Indemnity

Hereby agree that I will attend classes in time and I fully understand that classes are 3hrs long, any additional hour/s I will be charged R100.

I will attend all my classes and any extra class I will pay an additional fee of R250.

I am aware of the 3 day grace period to missing classes for reasonable situations, anything after that my contract will be terminated

I know and fully understand that Afrofrocs sewing school is non-accredited pattern making and garment constructing school.

I agree and give consent for pictures of me/minor to be uploaded or posted on all the school social media pages
