4 Years Old only [Feb 2024] Registration Form - Hollandse Club Swim / Lego Camp
This camp is designed for 4 year olds only, to join this camp children need to be able to :
* Go to the washroom without any help. (if not helper or parent need to be at the club)
* Be able to follow instructions.
* Have stamina to do an 3h camp.
* Be able to float with the face in the water for 5 seconds in the pool/

Morning Program.
- 9:00am - 10:10am : Session 1 Lego with Cube Cubs (90mins)
- 10:30am - 11:00am : Snack break/changing time
- 11am - 12:00noon  : Session 2 Swimming (60 mins)

* children need to come swim ready, clothes for the lego session can be on top of the swimming clothes.
* Parents /helpers need to be at the pool at 12noon to pick them up (change)
* Class ratio 1:5

Cube Cubs 

A child-centred program where children are in charge and can choose what they would like to build.

They can build their favourite Lego sets alone or with friends and work on their dream project.

Fee's

Members: 9am-12noon Swimming + Cube Cubs 

  • SGD $75,- per day (incl. GST)
  • Full week 4-days  : $280,- (incl. GST) 

Non-members pay an additional $10.00 per day.

I, the parent from the above section, hereby undertake to indemnify Swim Centre Verhoef (aquaDucks), Cube Cubs and the Hollandse Club against any liability, expense, cost or proceedings whatsoever arising in respect of any personal injury or death of any person or damage to any property arising out of or suffered as a result of participation in the above course/activity. I, the applicant accept all the terms and conditions of this form. Cancellation is possible up to 5 days before the reserved camp dates.

No-show Policy
1. Please do note to give us at least 5 day's notice if you are not able to make it.
2. Failure to turn up without prior notice will still be chargeable. 
3. Non-members need to make a upfront payment by pay-now and send a shot screen to hollandse@aquaducks.com.sg to ensure their slot is reserved.
