UVAR Home Tours Submission Form
Use this form to submit your listing for the next home tour event. 

Home Tour Guidelines: Only active, licensed Realtors will be allowed to list homes or attend tour. 

Tour will be every Tuesday from 9AM to 11PM. Tour begins at the first location unless a sponsor is hosting breakfast before the tour.

  • No more than 6 homes will be scheduled per tour. 
  • Property must be actively listed on the MLS, have an MLS number and be properly pinned in the MLS.
  • Properties are only eligible for tour once. If that property has previously been on tour, it cannot be listed on tour again for 6 months or be approved by the tour committee.
  • Listing agents with homes on the tour must be there to open and show the home.
  • If the listing agent is not present, they are responsible for another agent to represent the home.
  • As a courtesy to other agents, agents must attend the whole tour and NOT just the home they are showing.
  • If an agent does not attend the entire tour that their listing is part of,  they will lose privileges to submit future listings for 6 months. This may be adjusted at the UVAR Board's digression.
  • Agents are welcome to supply a home rating checklist for the agents to complete, however, it will be the responsibility of the listing agent and not the UVRA Board.
  • Homes must be submitted by 5pm the Friday before the tour.
