Jobs Academy: Partner Employer Enquiry

FW’s Jobs Academy is a government-supported pre-employment initiative, supporting women and gender-diverse - who have lost connection with the paid workforce - find employment and build secure, rewarding careers. Jobs Academy is a year-long, fully-digital program that equips women and gender-diverse people with the knowledge and connections to return to work and thrive. The program is flexible, self-paced and completely free for participants and partners.

Since 2021, thanks to the support of the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet’s Office for Women, Queensland Government, New South Wales Government and Department of Veterans' Affairs, Jobs Academy has supported thousands of participants across Australia.

In 2025, we welcomed an additional 1,500 participants.
