Cultural Day vendor registration

RULES AND REGULATIONS:
1- This event is planned for 10/02/2021 as an ethnic diversity within the Muslim Community. Therefore, each vendor shall have goods representing an ethnic/cultural group. (Non ethnic/cultural is subject for approval )
2- Registration will open September 10th.
3- Vendor shall clearly state the ethnic, sub-ethnic group that they plan to represent. MCA coordination committee reserves the right for approvals to achieve diversity and maximum ethnic representation.
4- Payment of $100 is required within 7 days of vendor application approval.
5- Vendors are responsible for liability insurance, compliance and all requirements set by Santa Clara County.
6- Vendor shall include copies of business license and food license & Insurance (if vendor plans to sell cooked, packed food) with application.
7- Vendors are responsible for leaving a clean area assigned to them at closing.
8- All vendors shall exhibit professionalism and courtesy.
9- Vendors shall have all material within assigned space 60 minutes before event start. Due to safety concerns no vehicle will be allowed within event area.
