Members of the media must complete the pass request, receive approval, and make sure credentials are on display at all times at LHISD athletic events. Liberty Hill ISD reserves all rights to all LHISD athletic contests or events.
General Information:
- All Media Pass Requests must be submitted to the LHISD Athletic and Communications Offices for approval no later than 12 p.m. on the Wednesday preceding the event.
- Requests needed for varsity football games only.
- Requests can only be made the week of the event.
- Application does not guarantee acceptance. You will be notified via email when your request has been approved or denied each week by noon on Thursday. Credential pick up information will be in the approval email.
- Passes may be revoked at any time by any LHISD staff member.
- Clear bag policy is in effect at all varsity football games. Camera, computer bags must be cleared.
- This is a District activity and student media groups must abide by the dress code as described in the Student Handbook.
- Priority in the press box will go to the home team and visiting team media groups. Associated Press personnel may be given a seat in the press box if capacity has not been reached. You may be required to sit outside.
