Please review the terms of the Lease Agreement:

Holding Fee - $300

This fee is to hold the requested dates, and is required at the time your reservation is made. This amount will be subtracted from your final bill. A written cancellation notice is required no later than 60 days prior to your arrival date in order to be eligible for a refund.

The sooner we receive your deposit, the better in case another group sends us a deposit for the same dates you are requesting!!

Please make check payable to Mesa Church

In the memo section of your check, write something identifiable to your group, i.e. "Smith - Jones Wedding, September 2025" or the email address of the contact person that scheduled the event.

I understand that a $300.00 deposit is due at the time of scheduling this event.

I understand that my event will be added to the Wilderness Ranch calendar within 24 to 48 hours of submitting this form..

I also understand that my event can be removed from the calendar if the $300 deposit is not received within 3 weeks of submitting this form.
