Welcome to the Summer 2014 edition of the Texas A&M Triathlon Training Challenge! The summer rules will stay mostly the same as previous years - "points" are earned by workout duration and not by mileage.
The training challenge will began Monday, August 4th, and the first week ended Sunday, August 10th. The whole challenge will end Friday, August 31th.
Week 1: 12AM 8/4 - 11:59PM 8/10 (submit by Sunday 8/10, 11:59PM)
Week 2: 12AM 8/11 - 11:59PM 8/17 (submit by Sunday 8/17, 11:59PM)
Week 3: 12AM 8/18 - 11:59PM 8/24 (submit by Sunday 8/24, 11:59PM)
Week 4: 12AM 8/25 - 11:59PM 8/31 (submit by Saturday 8/31, 11:59PM)
Each challenge week will be from Monday at 12AM to Sunday at 11:59pm of the following week.
How to earn points:
15 minutes swimming = 1 point
20 minutes biking = 1 point
10 minutes running = 1 point
Consistency wins the summer training challenge! Remember that! Dust off those shoes and lube up that bike because it is time to get back in shape!
