The Sandy Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce the second annual Chili Cook Off and Kid’s Bake Off at Music Fair and Feast. This event is guaranteed to draw in a crowd of people who want to cook, bake sample and vote. We will begin the Chili Cook Off portion at 1pm. This category is for ages 18+. You can participate as a business or individual. The chili will be judged in three categories: People’s choice aka the Best Chili in Sandy ($200 Prize), Judges Choice ($100 Prize), and Chef’s choice ($50 Prize). There is a $25 participation fee.

By electronically signing this agreement I, on behalf myself / business, I agree to the following stipulations:
- All entries must be made from scratch. Chili must arrive to the competition heated and ready to be served in either a crock-pot or hot plate. There will be time to continue heating before judging begins.
- Each chili must be a minimum of three gallons. There is no maximum quantity a competitor may prepare.
- Competitors must be set up by 11:30 am and torn down by 2:30 pm. No vehicles will be allowed in the competition area.
- All entrants participate at their own risk. The decisions of the judges are final. Event organizers reserve the right to change or modify these rules at any time. Any changes will be communicated to all entrants. Event organizers also reserve the right to disqualify any competitor for violation of these rules.
- Entry payment may be made in form of cash, check or card by going into the chamber office. You can also go online to www.sandyoregonchamber.org and click on the Chili Cook Off link to pay online through paypal.
