* MUST LIVE IN THE LOS ANGELES AREA: Unless otherwise discussed in advance, we will only consider Los Angeles area foster homes. If you do not live in the LA area please check with us before filling out an application by e-mailing us info@pawsoflarescue.org

I agree that vetting decisions, including when, where, and how vaccinations, deworming, emergency care, and spay/neuter will be performed, are made by Paws of L.A. Rescue. In case of a life-threatening emergency where pre-approval is not possible, I agree to send medical records and invoices to Paws of L.A. Rescue with my request for payment. *
I agree that the adoption process, including processing and approving applications, collecting adoption fees, and determining the time and place of adoptions, is the responsibility of Paws of L.A. Rescue, with my generous cooperation.* *
I understand that my foster dog can be removed from my care if found to be neglected, abused or picked up as a stray. I agree to surrender the foster dog to Paws of L.A. Rescue upon receiving notification of the termination of the Foster Agreement. *
I understand that any animal, including the foster dog, may pose a risk of injury, death, illness, or damage to me, my family, other persons, or to personal property. I voluntarily and knowingly assume any and all risks associated with my agreement including the risk of injury, death, illness or damage. *
If I foster this dog I agree and understand that no goods or services have been or will be provided in exchange for the donation of my invaluable time. *
I agree that if my foster dog didn't work out in my home, at any time in the future, that I would notify ONLY Paws of L.A. Rescue and to NEVER surrender/give up my foster dog to any other party (including family) outside of my household:
