FSL PROGRAM APPLICATION FORM
A number of 8-week sessions will be offered in the new school year (Sept. 2025 - June 2026). Classes will be offered at Pre-Beginner, Beginner, Low-Intermediate and Hi-Intermediate levels. Once weekly or twice weekly schedules will be offered. An 8-week module for a 1x per week class is $200.00 and for a 2x per week class is $320.00. Class sizes are capped at 16 learners per class. An end-of-module Certificate of Completion will be issued to eligible* learners. Seats fill up quickly. So, please complete this form as soon as possible.

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS: Please be advised that you must have either a desktop computer, a laptop, or a Chromebook to participate in this program. Learners will not be allowed to access the program using a phone. *Certificates are issued only if your participation and performance levels meet the required threshold.
