GAME SHEETS:
• Games sheets are to be downloaded from the EMSA
website. The home team and the away team must print off
their own game sheet for every game. If a team cannot produce a game sheet prior to kick off time, the game will be defaulted and an admin fee will be applied. Please ensure your team prints off extra blank game sheets from the EMSA website and keeps them in your kit just in case.
• Please ensure you are completely filling out your
game sheets to avoid the admin fee being issued. Have someone from your
team take a second look just to make sure you haven’t missed anything.
• CROSS OFF any players and team officials that are
listed on the game sheet but are not present at the game.
• Trialist Forms need to be turned into the referee prior to
the player commencing play.
• The REFEREE is responsible for taking both team’s game
sheets along with any trialist or permission forms for both teams and they will arrange to submit it to the EMSA Office.
• It is your responsibility to check your game sheet at the
end of the game to ensure the referee has recorded all goals, scores and
infractions correctly on the game sheet. If this is missed and there is an issue, we will contact the referee to see if they can remember correctly. However, if they can't the game sheet will remain as marked from the game. So please ensure you are verifying your game sheets and especially any yellow or red cards.
