Illinois Project Wingspan Volunteer Hour Report Form
This form is to help us track your volunteer hours throughout Project Wingspan. This tracking is necessary for our grant and will assist Master Gardeners, Master Naturalists, and agency partners in accounting for their volunteer time. Please fill out a separate form for each volunteer event you attend.
