APPLICATION PROCESS
Applications will be approved according to the following priority:
1. Swannanoa Community Council Activities- activities originated by the Swannanoa Community Council will take precedence over all other activities.
2. Swannanoa Community Council Partnership Activities- activities that have been approved by the Swannanoa Community Council in partnership with other clubs, groups, and organizations.
3. General Public Activities- activities by non-profit groups, clubs, organizations, and individuals
An application can be denied if: 1) the field is not available; 2) the applicant has an unsatisfactory use record; 3) the rental does not meet applicable laws/rules; or 4) the rental could be detrimental to the best interest of the SCC, as determined by the SCC.
Each applicant shall be at least 21 years of age and act or designate one person to act as the coordinator of all rental matters.
The SCC will not be responsible to supply any equipment, utilities, or additional services not listed on the approved application.
Suggested Donation/Fee Schedule
The Swannanoa Community Council requests that a donation/Fee be given to help upkeep and maintain our field.
Suggested Donation/Fee:
Individuals - $25 for 2 hours per day
Organizations - $100 for 3 hours per day
Non - Profit Organizations - $75 for 3 hours per day
