The pricing below is for rental of in-event promotional space only (vendors are required to bring own tents, tables, chairs, power cords, and other items for your awesome & interactive booth). One day bookings are permitted... please contact us directly for pricing.

2018 VENDOR SPACE RENTAL FEE PRICING

10’ x 10’ $349 +GST $425 +GST $499 +GST
Larger than 10' x 10' $599 +GST $699 +GST $799 +GST

Onsite vehicle parking is available if requested and immediately moves vendor space size to "Larger". No booth sharing is permitted. Only one vendor per booth space is promoted.

Space allocation (including priority placements per Early Bird Pricing) will be done upon receipt of rental fee, payable along with completion of application. Rental fee can be broken up into two payments; 50% within seven days of completing application and remaining 50% to be paid 30 days before the opening day of the Festival (May 22, 2018). The deposit (50% of rental fee) will not be refundable. For withdrawal, exhibitors should serve notice to Plaid Goat in writing within 60 days prior to the Festival's opening day (April 22, 2018), and if exhibitor has paid 100% of fee, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

Following completion of this application, an invoice will be sent to you along with notification of your acceptance. Payment for your booth can be made by cheque to Aspire Strategic Inc. or e-transfer to wanda@plaidgoat.ca.

PLEASE NOTE: Applications are not reviewed until your deposit is received.

ALL EXHIBITORS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE AND SHOW PROOF OF INSURANCE

To participate as a vendor, we need to receive a certificate of insurance that shows Plaid Goat Mountain Bike Festival operated by Aspire Strategic Inc. and Ride the Rockies Society as additional insured with a minimum of $2,000,000 commercial general liability coverage and 30 days’ notice of cancellation or material change.

These can be submitted either by email or mail. The additional insured is: Aspire Strategic Inc. and Ride the Rockies Society for Plaid Goat Mountain Bike Fest, 101 – 7 Blackrock Crescent, Canmore, AB T1W 1A2.

Please email the certificate to wanda@plaidgoat.ca or mail it to the above address no later than June 15, 2018. We must have your certificate on file to allow your set-up. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
