Join us for a Classic Christmas Market at Bingo Beer Co. in Scotts Addition. Shop Small this year and buy gifts made by local vendors! We bring together amazing local artists and makers selling handmade home décor, art, jewelry, woodworking, vintage, handmade apparel, and more! Indoor/Tented Event. There will be special pop-up food and Santa Claus!
APPLY NOW: If you would like to be considered for vending at this event read everything carefully and fill out the application below. SPACE IS LIMITED. Please keep in mind, this is a curated market with limited space.
EVENT INFO: This event will be held INDOORS from 12:00PM to 5:00PM. Vendor spaces are large enough for ONE 6-foot table ONLY! Bring your own 6ft table. We have 16 indoor/tented spots available for $60 each, 5 outdoor patio spaces for $50, and 6 indoor barrel room spots for $25. Please state your preference below.
There is a bathroom inside the venue available for use. No power hook up guaranteed. The event host will contact you the day or so prior to the event with a map of the venue and your spot number. For everyone's safety no one is to load out until 5:00pm. All trash is to be taken with you and all vendor equipment must be out of the venue no later than 6:00pm. NO REFUNDS. Organizer has the right to reject or expel anyone at any time for any reason. (Violation of event rules or guidelines and/or causing problems for costumers or other vendors.)
PARKING: 11:00AM to 12:00PM. Load-in through the parking lot and back ally. Check in with an Artisan Event's Staff Member and have your spot number ready. More load-in info to come.

VENDOR FEE:
16 indoor/ Bingo's Heated tent spots - $60 each
5 outdoor patio spots - $50
Plus any transfer fees on Venmo or Paypal, etc.
Payment for this event is required to hold your spot and due when acceptance email is sent. Payment instructions are sent once application is reviewed and the vendor is selected for the event. If we do not receive payment within 1 week of acceptance, we will offer the space to another vendor.
CANCELLATIONS: We do close if there are dangerous weather conditions such as excessive snow or State of Emergency. Consult our Facebook and Instagram page for updates. You are responsible for canceling if you are not comfortable with the weather forecast. VENDOR FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND NOT TRANSFERABLE FOR ANY REASON.ONCE YOU HAVE PAID, YOU WILL NOT BE ISSUED A REFUND. If you need to cancel, please let us know ASAP so that we may extend the space to another vendor.
BRING YOUR OWN: Table & Chairs, Cash, change, card readers, mobile device chargers, special lighting, packaging, bags, decorations, table cloths, displays and anything you will need to be successful at this event.
