The Melbourne Zen Group Autumn Sesshin is a silent, seven-day traditional Zen retreat in the company of dedicated and supportive fellow practitioners, in a beautiful setting in the Yarra Ranges.
The retreat includes extended periods of sitting and walking meditation, samu (work as practice), rest periods, teisho (Dharma talks) and dokusan (private meetings with teachers about practice).
Kirk Fisher, Apprentice Teacher in the Diamond Sangha, will assist Susan at this sesshin.
