Standard professional fee information

All fees must be paid full on or before the date of service. Our general fees are as follows:

$460 for a 1-2 hour assessment and a written assessment report.

$850 for a 3-hour comprehensive oral language, reading and writing assessment (over two sessions) with an assessment report.

$180 for a 45 minute therapy session.
NDIS, Medicare and Private Health Insurance information

You don't need a GP referral to see a speech pathologist.

NDIS participants:

We support self-managed or plan-managed NDIS participants.

We cannot currently help agency (NDIS) managed participants. 

Medicare rebates:

Under the Medicare Chronic Disease Management Program (CDM), the Medicare rebate after payment is generally $61.80 (as of July 2025). You need a GP to provide a CDM, and it can only be used for therapy sessions (not assessments), with a maximum of 5 services per calendar year.

Private health insurance:

For private health insured clients who are covered for speech pathology services, we have a HICAPS terminal and can process claims on the day of service. Different insurers provide different levels of coverage for speech pathology services, so check with your insurer as to whether you are covered.
When would you/your child be available for an assessment or therapy?
What time(s) would suit you best on those days? (The more options, the more likely we will find a time that works!) We generally meet with preschool aged children and adults on weekdays between 8.30am and 3.00pm and on Saturdays, and school-aged children after school and on Saturdays.
