By submitting your application you agree to the below terms and conditions.
1. Vendor Participation:
- Vendors must adhere to event guidelines and regulations set forth by the Greek Experience organizers.
- Vendors are responsible for their own setup, staffing, and equipment.
2. Payment and Cancellation:
- Vendor fees are due upon acceptance and are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will result in forfeiture of vendor fees.
3. Schedule and Space Allocation:
- The schedule and space allocation are subject to change at the discretion of the event organizers.
- Vendors must be flexible with their setup and operating hours based on event requirements. (The event will be open to the public from 10am to 6pm - Vendors will have 1 hour prior and after the event to setup and tear down their booths)
4. Liability and Insurance:
- Vendors are responsible for their own liability insurance covering their participation at the event.
- The Greek Experience and Toronto Pavilion are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred by vendors or their staff.
5. Compliance and Licensing:
- Vendors must comply with all local health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Food vendors must possess valid permits and adhere to food safety regulations.
6. Cleanliness and Waste Management:
- Vendors are responsible for maintaining cleanliness at their booths and disposing of waste appropriately.
- Recycling and composting guidelines must be followed.
7. Promotion and Marketing:
- Vendors are encouraged to promote their participation in the Greek Experience event through their own marketing channels.
- The event organizers will provide promotional support through event marketing channels.
8. Product Quality and Presentation:
- Vendors are expected to maintain high standards of product quality and presentation.
- Booths should be aesthetically pleasing and representative of the Greek Experience theme.
9. Termination of Participation:
- The event organizers reserve the right to terminate a vendor's participation if they fail to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein.
- Any violation of rules or disruptive behaviour may result in immediate removal from the event.
10. Indemnification:
- Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Greek Experience event, Toronto Pavilion, and their respective affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in the event.
11. Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
- Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Toronto.
12. Amendments:
- The event organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
- Vendors will be notified of any changes, and continued participation implies acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Force Majeure:
- The Greek Experience event organizers and Toronto Pavilion shall not be held liable for any delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, or government restrictions.
14. Confidentiality:
- Vendors agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared by the event organizers or other vendors during the course of the event.
- Disclosure of confidential information may result in legal action.
15. Agreement:
- By submitting an application and payment for vendor participation in the Greek Experience event, vendors indicate their understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- These terms constitute a binding agreement between the vendor and the event organizers.

Failure to comply may result in your exclusion from the event without a refund.
