Doula Inquiry
The purpose of this form is to gather pertinent information to match you with prospective LIDA doulas.

As a reference point:
Birth doulas fees range from $900 (newly trained doula) - $2500 (very experienced doula).
Postpartum doulas range from $25-$55 per hour; overnight doulas are $40 - $55 per hour.

You will receive your "matches" within 7 - 14 days of completing the form. Once you receive the matches, you are responsible for reaching out to the doulas to set up a phone call and interview.
