Few know about the many ways Fr. Sturm cared for us that stretched beyond our time at Delaware Avenue. He mentored young couples as they prepared for marriage, published his “Downtown Priest” stories at St. Michael’s and, with dignity and grace, quietly cared for those of us who were struggling or less fortunate.
