The mission of Catholic Polytechnic University is to cultivate a community of science, technology, engineering, and math professionals with additional expertise in business, communications, and Catholic theology. Additionally, we strive to raise the socioeconomic opportunities of Catholics everywhere and advance the evangelical mission of the Catholic Church entrusted to her by Christ.
We aspire to provide convergent polytechnic degrees to both undergraduate and professional Catholics, with an emphasis on authentic Catholic formation, providing a deliberate and obvious connection between Catholic faith and STEM fields.
We are currently working on the licensing for an in-person B.S. and M.S. degree program in Computer Science in the Los Angeles area.
The earliest start date will be Fall of 2023, but will depend upon when we obtain licensing with the State of California to be a university.
The foundation of Catholic Polytechnic University includes four pillars:
