This group is for busy moms who are ready to make themselves a priority again. Women who know they need to make a change, but are busy and just don't know how, or they need someone to help hold them accountable.
Having the support and accountability of other like minded women in this online community helps motivate and encourage you and it's the key to success and getting results. Or, the secret sauce as I like to call it. Ha!

I will be here every step of the way. I will provide you with an easy to follow meal plan, get you set up with the right workout program for you (25 - 45 minute effective workouts) and plug you into an informative, fun, challenging, private online support group filled with amazing supportive women who will encourage you and support you on your journey. I will be in the trenches fighting right along side you. This is not easy, but you can do it. We truly focus on small lifestyle changes you can stick with long term.

I will be encouraging you daily in the group and working on my own journey of being real and being a human lol and checking in on you once a week and available for a weekly call if you would like the extra support.
