This form guides you through the process of submitting your proposal for
TestWarez 2024 conference. The conference will take place on
November 6th-8th in Sopot.
It consists of a few sections about:
- author(s)
- the presentation(s)
- final agreements
Bulletpoints from the contract of mandate:
The contract of mandate is signed by every Testwarez 2024 Speaker (Speaker). The agreement may be concluded on the:
- personal data
- company data, if the Speaker conducts sole proprietorship
The mandate contract is a payable contract under which the Speaker will receive the following:
- monetary compensation
- accommodation during the conference (single room)
- conference ticket to the Testwarez 2024 conference
Under the contract, the Speaker is obliged to:
- carrying out a lecture, workshop, or a discussion panel
- permission to use the image, statements, and name and surname Speaker by SJSI to promote the TestWarez conference by SJSI
- attending a banquet on November, 7th 2024
To promote both - the Speakers and the Conference - the entire TestWarez 2024 conference will be recorded in audio-video form. It means, among others:
- recording of the beginning and the end of the conference
- recording of the Speaker's speech
- recording of networking and a banquet during the conference
Both parties SJSI and the Speaker - shall keep strictly confidential and shall not disclose, or cause or permit to be disclosed, to any person or entity the contract's content or use confidential information in a manner other than related to the performance of the contract.
