A Better Oregon May Canvasses
Things are getting real in Salem. A $1.6 billion budget deficit looms at the state level because of Oregon's dead-last corporate taxes. But instead of asking corporations to pay more, legislators came out with a list of billions in cuts to critical services. We need to tell them that's unacceptable.

It's more crucial than ever that we tell lawmakers it's time to make the right choice: ask corporations to pay their fair share so that we can invest in schools and critical services. Join us at one of our canvasses to send a message to legislators: "Cuts to critical services are unacceptable as long as we are 50th in corporate taxes. It's time to raise taxes on corporations and ask them to pay their fair share."
