We’re excited to introduce the Log Ninja Portal, a web-based platform built for transport operators (TSL holders) to make managing driver logbooks simple and efficient.
The Portal links you directly with your drivers’ log history, giving you one secure hub to store, view, and manage records. No more juggling emailed PDFs, instead, you’ll have:
- Cloud storage for centralised access
- On-screen reporting to monitor status and spot potential breaches
- Smart search and filtering for fast, accurate record checks
The free beta launch starts this quarter. During the trial, you’ll be able to:
- View log entries from your company dashboard (if drivers use the Log Ninja app)
- Access historical entries with driver-approved sharing
Looking ahead, advanced options such as analytics, GPS integration, and payroll or timesheet tools may be added, guided by your feedback during the beta and from this survey.
